Free vs Pro
Three rows differ, and all three are numbers. Every capability row is identical on both tiers — that is a property of how the tiers are built, not a promise: the free limits are three constants the paid tier replaces, and there is no branch anywhere that turns a feature on.

Billing, licensing & refunds
Written out here rather than buried in a checkout footer, so nothing about the purchase is a surprise after it.
ImagePolish Pro is sold and invoiced by Freemius, Inc., our reseller and Merchant of Record. They take the payment, handle sales tax and VAT for your country, and issue your invoice. Their name is what appears on your statement.
The purchase happens on Freemius's own checkout page in an ordinary browser tab. No card number, billing address or email address passes through the extension — there is no code in it that could receive one.
After paying you receive a key by email. Open ImagePolish, paste it into the Licence key field, and Pro is on. No sign-up, no password, nothing to recover. Chrome asks permission for the one licence request at that moment.
A licence covers one installation at a time. Moving to a new machine or browser profile is two clicks: deactivate the old one at users.freemius.com, then activate here. Removing your licence in ImagePolish releases the seat too.
Monthly and Yearly renew until you cancel, from the account link in your purchase email. Cancelling stops the next charge; Pro keeps working until the period you already paid for ends. Lifetime never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
If Pro is not what you expected, ask for a refund — email waafaaofficial@gmail.com from the address you paid with, or request it from your Freemius account. Refunds are processed by Freemius and go back to your original payment method.
Your images still never leave your device, on either tier. Buying Pro adds exactly one network request — the licence check — carrying your key, a random activation identifier and the product's name. No image, filename, size or count is part of it, and nothing about a picture is transmitted at any point. The privacy policy sets out every field.
US dollars. The prices on this page are the amounts before any tax that applies where you live; Freemius adds VAT or sales tax at checkout where it is due, and the total you see there is the total you are charged.
Yes, twice over. Against the list price it is $30 rather than $50, which is the 40% the checkout itself prints. Against paying by the month it is $30 rather than $36 for twelve charges — $6 less, and eleven fewer renewals to think about. The struck-through prices on this page are the amounts these plans are configured to cost when a promotion is not running, not reference prices invented to make a discount look larger.
Yes. Manage the change from the account link in your purchase email, or at users.freemius.com. Freemius handles the proration. If anything looks wrong, email us and we will sort it out with them.
The three limits return to their free values — one image at a time, five a day, 20 MB each — and everything else carries on exactly as before. No capability is taken away, no image you already cleaned is affected, and the free version is the same full product it was the day you installed it.
Email waafaaofficial@gmail.com with the address you paid with and your licence key. The usual cause is a key already activated on another install — deactivate it at users.freemius.com and activate again. Declining Chrome's permission prompt also keeps the key without granting anything; re-submitting it asks again.
No, and there is no mechanism by which that could change. The free tier has no clock and no watermark, every capability is already in it, and the paid tier only ever moves a limit outwards — it has no way to put one on something the free version could already do.
Install the free version first — it is the whole product, and one photo will tell you whether you want to do fifty at a time. Questions about billing, invoices or refunds go straight to a person.
