Before you buy
Do I need the free plugin?
Yes. Pro is an add-on: install the free CommentAura 1.0 or newer from WordPress.org first, then Pro on top. Your comments stay in WordPress’s own tables either way.
What counts as a site?
One WordPress install where Pro’s licence is active. You can move a licence from one site to another at any time from your account.
What happens when my licence ends?
Pro keeps working. Updates, security fixes and support stop until you renew. Your dashboard reminds you 7, 3 and 1 day before, with a Renew button.
Is there a trial or a refund?
No trial, no refunds and no coupons. The free plugin is complete on its own: use it as long as you like, and buy Pro when you need the moderation tools.
Do I have to pay for AI?
AI triage is optional and runs on your own account with an AI company, so its small cost is billed by them, not by us. Everything else in Pro works without it.
