Free vs Pro
Three rows differ. Every other row is identical on both tiers, and that is enforced in the code rather than remembered: the paid tier can only move a setting away from its free value, never restrict one.

Billing, licensing & refunds
Written out here rather than buried in a checkout footer, so nothing about the purchase is a surprise after it.
PDFCraft Pro is sold and invoiced by Freemius, Inc., our reseller and Merchant of Record. They take the payment, handle sales tax and VAT for your country, and issue your invoice. Their name is what appears on your statement.
The purchase happens on Freemius's own checkout page in an ordinary browser tab. No card number, billing address or email address passes through the extension — there is no code in it that could receive one.
After paying you receive a key by email. Open PDFCraft's Licence page, paste it in, and Pro is on. No sign-up, no password, nothing to recover. Chrome asks permission for the one licence request at that moment.
A licence covers one installation at a time. Moving to a new machine or browser profile is two clicks: deactivate the old one at users.freemius.com, then activate here. Removing your licence in PDFCraft releases the seat too.
Monthly and Yearly renew until you cancel, from the account link in your purchase email. Cancelling stops the next charge; Pro keeps working until the period you already paid for ends. Lifetime never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
If Pro is not what you expected, ask for a refund — email waafaaofficial@gmail.com from the address you paid with, or request it from your Freemius account. Refunds are processed by Freemius and go back to your original payment method.
Your files still never leave your device, on either tier. Buying Pro adds exactly one network request — the licence check — and it carries your key, a random activation id, and the product name. No filename, page count, file size or file content is part of it, and nothing about a document is transmitted at any point. The privacy policy sets out every field.
US dollars. The prices on this page are the amounts before any tax that applies where you live; Freemius adds VAT or sales tax at checkout where it is due, and the total you see there is the total you are charged.
Yes, on both counts. At the launch price, Yearly is $30 against $36 for twelve monthly charges — cheaper before the launch discount is counted at all — and the discount is where the rest of the gap comes from. The amount the checkout shows when you get there is the amount you pay.
Yes. Manage the change from the account link in your purchase email, or at users.freemius.com. Freemius handles the proration. If anything looks wrong, email us and we will sort it out with them.
The three Pro settings return to their free values and everything else carries on exactly as before. Nothing is locked, no PDF you already made is affected, and the free version is the same full product it was the day you installed it.
Email waafaaofficial@gmail.com with the address you paid with and your licence key. The usual cause is a key already activated on another install — deactivate it at users.freemius.com and activate again. Declining Chrome's permission prompt also keeps the key without granting anything; re-submitting it asks again.
No, and there is no mechanism by which that could change. The free tier has no clock, no counter and no watermark, and the paid tier is structurally incapable of putting a limit on anything the free version could already do.
Install the free version first — it is the whole product, and it will tell you within one conversion whether the three Pro settings are worth $3 to you. Questions about billing, invoices or refunds go straight to a person.
