Good to know

What you provide

Running costs are yours and can start at zero: many providers have free tiers.

To run it

  • A PostgreSQL database — Neon or Supabase free tiers are enough to start
  • A Node.js 20+ host: Vercel, a VPS or Docker (not PHP or cPanel-only hosting)
  • An e-mail provider (SMTP or Resend)

To take payments

  • Your own Stripe account for card payments — or mark invoices paid by hand
  • Image storage (S3-compatible) if you host on Vercel
  • Someone comfortable running a few terminal commands to install it

Billing

Questions about paying

Which plan do I need?

Count the auction websites you will run in production. One for your own auction house: Single site. Building sites for clients: 5 sites, or Unlimited if you build many. Every plan has the same features; only the number of websites changes.

Do I get every feature on every plan?

Yes. Every plan includes the complete source code: public site, bidder account, admin dashboard and the built-in backend. The plans differ only in how many production websites you may run and how you pay.

What happens after I pay?

Freemius, our payment partner, e-mails your receipt and your download. You can download it again from your Freemius account at any time. Unzip it and follow the guide — the documentation is online if you want to read it first.

How can I pay?

By card or PayPal, in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies, and the receipt is a proper invoice.

What happens when a monthly or yearly plan ends?

Your websites keep working: the code is yours to run. An active plan gives you updates and support; renew whenever you want them again. You can cancel renewal at any time from your Freemius account.

Can I move to a bigger plan later?

Yes. At checkout choose the bigger plan and use “Renewing or upgrading? Enter license key” with your current licence key.

Is there a refund?

Yes, a 7-day money-back guarantee: if an issue makes the product unusable for you and we cannot fix it, ask within 7 days for a full refund. The exact terms are shown at checkout.

Is there a version without the backend?

Yes, a front-end-only edition for teams that already have a backend and connect it through the documented API. It is not sold on this page yet — email us.

Still deciding?

Try both sides of the site on the live demo, read the guide, or ask us anything.
