WaaFaa is a company owned and operated by Ibrahim Riaz. WaaFaa is responsible for this website (waafaa.com) and all of its products and services, including the “Hide Shorts, Reels & Stories”, “PDFCraft”, “ImagePolish”, “Formatly”, “FileLens”, “Profile Tags”, “LeadProof” and “Briefly” browser extensions. By accessing or using WaaFaa’s website, services, or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

WaaFaa builds and sells its own digital products: the “Hide Shorts, Reels & Stories”, “PDFCraft” and “ImagePolish” browser extensions, and other privacy-first tools. Paid plans for these products are sold and billed by Freemius, Inc., our reseller and Merchant of Record.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, use services lawfully, maintain credential confidentiality and avoid disrupting our services.

4. Payments & Billing

Pro subscriptions and one-time purchases for the “Hide Shorts, Reels & Stories” extension are sold in the currencies shown on our pricing page and are processed by our payment provider, Freemius, which acts as the Merchant of Record for these transactions. All other fees are outlined in proposals or invoices and must be paid according to the agreed terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos and materials on our website and services are the property of WaaFaa and protected by law.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the business relationship.

7. Limitation of Liability

WaaFaa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

8. Third-Party Services

Our services may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party policies or practices.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes shall be resolved in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
