Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how WaaFaa handles refund requests for digital products, subscriptions, consulting, and custom development services.

1. Overview
We want every client and customer to feel confident when working with WaaFaa. Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase, the work already completed, and whether the product or service has been delivered, accessed, or used.
2. Custom Services
Payments for custom services, including SaaS development, websites, mobile apps, UI/UX design, cloud work, security consulting, and other project-based work, are tied to agreed scopes, milestones, or invoices.
- Discovery, planning, strategy, and consultation fees are non-refundable once delivered.
- Project deposits are non-refundable after work has started or resources have been reserved.
- Approved milestones, delivered work, design drafts, code, documentation, and completed project phases are non-refundable.
- If a project is cancelled before a milestone is complete, we may offer a partial refund for unused, uncommitted work at our discretion.
3. Digital Products & Subscriptions
For eligible WaaFaa digital products or subscriptions, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the product has not been substantially used, downloaded, activated, or consumed.
Refunds are not available for renewal charges, lifetime deals, discounted promotional purchases, or accounts that violate our Terms & Conditions unless required by law or stated in a product-specific offer.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Completed custom development, design, consulting, or implementation work
- Third-party fees, domain costs, hosting, licenses, payment processor fees, or external service charges
- Emergency support, audit, migration, recovery, or troubleshooting services once started
- Products or subscriptions cancelled after the eligible refund window
- Requests caused by buyer-side technical limitations that were not disclosed before purchase
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us with your name, email address, order or invoice reference, purchase date, and a clear reason for the request. We may ask for additional details so we can review the case fairly.
6. Review & Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times depend on your bank, card provider, mobile wallet, or payment processor.
If only part of a purchase is eligible, we may issue a partial refund or account credit. Refund approval does not automatically cancel active subscriptions or service agreements unless we confirm it in writing.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Please contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. We are happy to review the issue, share delivery records, and work toward a fair resolution. Unresolved chargebacks may lead to suspension of access, support, or active services.
